Incentive and Rebate Programs
The City of Humboldt offers incentives and rebate programs to make Humboldt a competitive and attractive location for residents and newcomers.
The bylaw provides a property tax incentive for the development of residential housing units intended to “kick-start” residential construction by offering a 3 year tax exemption on new builds. The exemption in property taxes is from the date of completion of construction onward to include three full calendar years.
